This critical work instills a sense of connection to the Sailors whose lives depend on our dedication, attention to detail, and focus. Our culture is one of patriotism, purpose, and pride in our employees and in the work that we perform.
To foster fellowship in the workplace and create an enjoyable work environment, BPMI sponsors several committees and clubs within our organization, each with their own mission and purpose.
We take pride in the work we perform.
The People, Appreciation, and Connection Team (PACT) promotes an environment of employee engagement, collaboration, and positive energy through the sponsorship of events and activities to emphasize the importance of our employees, their diverse backgrounds and a healthy balance between their work and personal lives.
BPMI also supports the communities in which we operate. For more than 20 years, BPMI’s Community Affairs Committee has helped to make these communities a better place for everyone, to give our employees opportunities to volunteer, and to foster friendships among colleagues through volunteerism. Through the efforts of the CAC, BPMI supports many organizations, including American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Central Blood Bank, Humane Society, Salvation Army, United Way, Wounded Warrior Project, local food banks, and many more. In the last five years, alone, BPMI employees have donated more than $700,000 to charity! We’re proud of the charitable spirit that is so representative of our workforce.
