A Word From Our General Manager

Teamwork, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence continue to be the driving forces behind the growth and success of BPMI. More than 800 BPMI engineers, procurement personnel, and support staff work together to support the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP). It is the commitment and enthusiasm of each BPMI employee that fosters our continued success. Each employee contributes his or her own exceptional skills, knowledge, and experience in performing the daily work that moves NNPP technology into exciting new areas, while maintaining operational excellence in ongoing support of the Naval fleet.

I believe that continuous improvement is very important to our organization. In order for each one of us to be better tomorrow than we are today, we must recognize the need for and aggressively pursue change where it is required. We must continuously improve as individuals and as an organization to maximize the value we provide to our customers, while enriching our lives, meeting our commitments to family and community, and ensuring BPMI's long-term viability.
